Even the number of lines in that file is interesting to me. Have a look inside to see what it contains. In case your Witcher3-Folder contains savegames or other user-related stuff, some of the filenames may contain your user or playername.
Be carefull if you don't want to reveal them. You could just delete these lines, as they cannot be part of a fresh Witcher3_v1.31 installation.
Thank you very I was able to fully patch Witcher 3 GOTY v1.30 to v1.31(A) with only 120 MB of downloads by doing the following:Ġ) (uncertain): shutdown gog galaxy, rename Witcher3 game folder, start GOG Galaxy for it to 'lose' the Witcher3 installation.Ģ) On local filesystem (for example using Windows Explorer), goto %programdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy\Storage and rename the hidden file galaxy.db to galaxy.db_ or something else.ģ) Open Witcher3 game folder.
Replace the 2 goggame files by the 4 goggame files from the gog-version 1.31, for example get them from https_///open?id=0B3JEQJQdmJZ9b1d2QmRuWnQ0elU (must replace https_ by https: for the link to work).
